I. Ascendant Evolution offers:

Spiritual evolution coaching & associated work | Spiritual work focused on empowering fellow humans to make the most of their potential and life paths. Session work may include tarot, energy, and Akashic reading; evolution and life coaching and strategies; psychic guidance; shamanic work and/or past life regression, and homework.

Energy healing work | Physical work that empowers fellow humans through the release, recharge, and healing of energies that may be impacting the well being. Session work may include tarot and energy reading and work as well as shamanic/ sound/ crystal/ plant/ oil modalities.

Tarot reading | Spiritual work that empowers clients by revealing the energies surrounding a situation and possible solutions for best outcomes. May include psychic guidance; tarot and Akashic reading; and energy reading.

II. Code of Ethics I acknowledge the Ascendant Evolution LLC Code of Ethics:

  • To work with integrity, impartiality, and respect for all individuals.

  • The highest standards of practice will and must be observed.

  • Confidentiality will and must be respected.

  • A non-forced approach will and must always be the basis of all work.

  • Healing sessions are given only upon request and not forced onto any individual.

III. Disclaimers | Unfortunately, we live in a world that makes it necessary to outline expectations and protections. I have tried to keep the verbiage as friendly and short as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Medical disclaimers | The following statements are digital acknowledgements and agreements prior to any work with Estara Merit through Ascendant Evolution LLC:

  • I recognize that I am responsible for my state of being and release Ascendant Evolution of all responsibility for my physical, mental, and spiritual health.

  • I understand that I am responsible for seeking medical and psychological care if I am suffering from any serious medical or mental illness.

  • I understand that Ascendant Evolution and its representatives are not a clinical, licensed medical or mental healthcare provider.

  • I understand that work done with Ascendant Evolution must legally described as "entertainment."

“Coaching” Defined I Coaching sessions are not counseling sessions. Coaching targets the examination of current life choices, seeking to find ways to empower the individual seeking coaching. Counseling requires licensing and the deep processing of past traumas and life events. Work we do together may well lead to the want and need to work with a counselor as well. While the past may come up in our sessions, the purpose of coaching is to be forward thinking. As such, recycling the past will not be the focus of our work.

Right to Refuse Service I Ascendant Evolution and its representative reserves the right to terminate sessions if the work becomes unproductive or veers into work that requires the assistance of a medical or mental healthcare professional.
